Based on the story of the same name by Kuzma Skryabin, a feature-length film directed by Olga Ryashina was shot in 2024 , immersing the viewer in the atmosphere of the 90s: music, checkered flashy style, and romantic hopes of youth.
This book is the literary debut of the famous Ukrainian singer Andriy Kuzmenko (Kuzma), the leader of the group "Skryabin", who died in a car accident on February 2, 2015.
The collection includes two stories, as well as the lyrics of the group's famous songs. The first story — "I, "Pobeda" and Berlin" — is imbued with a bright sense of humor, a cheerful mood and, probably, will make even very serious readers laugh. The events take place around an old and shabby car of the "Pobeda" brand, in which Andriy and his friend Bard travel to the capital of Germany.
The second story, "The City Where Money Doesn't Flow," is a completely different genre. It's a sad story about a girl named Alice, who, due to a coincidence, finds herself in a terrible city where misanthropy, unheard-of cruelty, and inhumane rules reign—a city from which there is no way back...
